London: Caring Hotel: "Cheap and Shabby"

The neighborhood was nice and quite convenient. However, the hotel room was extremely shabby which made me feel like it wasn't as clean as it could have been. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and by the last day we could not even get the shower to work at all!! The breakfast is OK if you like greasy undercooked food. The desk clerk was helpful but I found the breakfast servers to be rather unfriendly compared to other B&Bs I have stayed at. I would probably look for a different accomodation the next time I go to London.

London: Caring Hotel: "My sweet little GEM!"

I LOVE the Caring hotel! I stayed with them this time last year as I stumbled upon it last minute. It was perfect, and I have stayed all over London. The room was small-ish (as most are in London), but simple, clean and very comfortable. The bathtub was HUGE, the full English breakfast yummy indeed (included!), and the price cannot be beat.
I am heading back in July, and will stay with them again. This time with a friend, and in one of the larger twin rooms on the ground floor. The area is convenient, you are in Hyde park in mere minutes and there are tons of shops close by, as is the tube, and this little street is quiet at night. The staff are helpful and friendly. A real little gem for London!

The room at this hotel was rather small, but suitable for a short stay. The man at the front desk was very kind, and the ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly. The English breakfast provided (eggs, toast, sausage) was unexpectedly generous. A cozy stay.
