Placement Officer

Job Description:
To gain an insight in the work of a English charity, English working culture and the English educational system. Improve your English communication skills.

Key Tasks:
Please note that tasks vary according to work load, opportunities, skills and knowledge.

Supporting management of the Central London Project you will be liaising with companies (small-to multinational) in the City of London, and with schools, to organize safe and quality work placements for English young people (mostly under 18).

Tasks include:

1. Liaising with companies to establish vacancies for work experience students.
2. Reporting back to Schools about placement arrangements.
3. General assistance as required, including administration.

Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, confident telephone manners, good IT and keyboard skills, accuracy, lively and outgoing personality.

Working Days and Times
Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 (1 hour for lunch).
Office based, possibly visits to companies and/or schools


A deposit of £80 is payable upon confirmation of this placement offer, this will be refunded upon successful completion of the placement. The first 4 weeks a work-related lunch (£2 per working day) and travel allowance is given (professional transportation). From week 5 onwards this becomes £70 per week.

Para trabajar en algo relacionado con administración, te aseguro que no se necesita ninguna de estas carreras, en principio. Luego todo depende del sitio y de que sepas manejarte mínimamente en inglés.

imagino q para trabajar en alguno d estas ofertas, necesitas un alto nivel de ingles,no??
es x saber si tengo opcion o no, xq yo como otros muxos, vamos con poco nivel xq para eso vamos, aprenderlo! jaja

Absolutamente de acuerdo que no es un requisito indispensable.
En muchos casos, ni siquiera importante

Si a alguien le interesa, que no se corte y envie el CV

Simplemente pense que para pasar las entrevistas, tener nociones de contabilidad, etc. Pero, vamos, que se pueden pasar sin ellas

lo mas importante es el nivel de ingles
