Internet affinity and interest/experience in e-Commerce
Strong business understanding and marketing knowledge
Analytical interest
Strong communication skills & creativity
High motivation and commitment
Experience in using Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Very good command of the English language and preferably a second language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish…).
Willingness to work in London

Your main responsibilities will be to deal with all management aspects of the Fiduciary contracts. This includes issuing Invoices and payments' orders, keeping all files and accounting in good order, calculating VAT returns, prepare the annual statements and management reports for the companies under management. You will also have to liaise with clients or their advisers to answer day to day enquiries.
Candidate Requirements:
In order to fulfil the requirements of the job, you should have a first experience in accounting and/or administration. Client oriented and determinate to perform at a high professional level, you possess good analytical and problem solving skills. Your excellent communication skills, your open mindedness and adaptability enable you to work and to deal with people from other cultures. You have a strong computer literacy of Microsoft office. Furthermore, you have a very good command of French and a good level in English.

To gain an insight in the work of a English charity, English working culture and the English educational system. Improve your English communication skills.
Key Tasks:
Please note that tasks vary according to work load, opportunities, skills and knowledge.
Supporting management of the Central London Project you will be liaising with companies (small-to multinational) in the City of London, and with schools, to organize safe and quality work placements for English young people (mostly under 18).
Tasks include:
1. Liaising with companies to establish vacancies for work experience students.
2. Reporting back to Schools about placement arrangements.
3. General assistance as required, including administration.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, confident telephone manners, good IT and keyboard skills, accuracy, lively and outgoing personality.
Working Days and Times
Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 (1 hour for lunch).

Office based, possibly visits to companies and/or schools

A deposit of £80 is payable upon confirmation of this placement offer, this will be refunded upon successful completion of the placement. The first 4 weeks a work-related lunch (£2 per working day) and travel allowance is given (professional transportation). From week 5 onwards this becomes £70 per week.
THE MINIMUM STAY IS 5 MONTHS.
